A Caribbean-focused candidate platform — built for the agencies who actually place here.
Manage multiple client companies under one account. Tap into the SmartJobLinks talent pool with built-in salary intelligence and CARICOM Skills mobility checks no global platform ships.
Phase 1 launches free for the first 10 sign-ups so we can learn what agencies actually need before we set pricing.
What no global platform ships
Bullhorn, JobAdder, Crelate and friends treat the Caribbean as a footnote. We don't. Three things they can't match:
Caribbean role benchmarks compiled from real platform postings + founder-curated data. Sortable by country, role, modality. 0 of 16 incumbent recruiter platforms ship native salary data of any kind.
Self-check tool already in production lets seekers know if they're eligible to work across CARICOM under the Skills Certificate scheme. Surfaced for recruiters placing into the region.
US/UK/Canada-based recruiters placing into the Caribbean get region-aware modality + location handling out of the box — not as an afterthought.
What you can do today
One account, one profile. We approve manually for the first 10 sign-ups so we can talk to you about what's working and what's missing.
Each client is its own company record. List as many as you actively recruit for — there's no per-client fee during early access.
Pick the client, post the role. The job appears under that client's name on the public site — your agency isn't surfaced to seekers unless you want it to be.
No more switching dashboards per client. Boolean candidate search across the full SmartJobLinks talent pool. Interview scheduling, smart-match scoring, and applicant export (XLSX/PDF) all included.
What's coming next (be honest with us about what you need)
Phase 2 just shipped — multi-client BD pipeline, sequenced outreach with delays, placement tracking with commission and split-fee fields, your own white-label careers page, QuickBooks/Xero invoice push, and Indeed/Adzuna XML feed export are all live. The piece below is the one we're holding back until agencies tell us they actually want it.
- Phase 3Caribbean split-placement micro-network
The real moat. Agencies subscribe → access shared job orders posted by other member agencies → compete on placements with split-fee tracking baked in. Layers on top of your existing employer subscriptions. CARICOM Skills mobility eligibility surfaced at submission time — uniquely possible because SJL already captures seeker work-rights data.
