HR Associate Director

Role Description: The HR Associate Director will support the strategic and operational management of a Human Resources sub-function, focusing on HR Operations, Policy, HRIS and with oversight of Total Rewards, for an employee population of over 850 associates. Location: Nassau, The Bahamas. The HR Associate Director will manage, develop and coach a team of eight and report to the SVP Human Resources. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) generalist experience, including exposure to hospital or healthcare settings, public or private. • The opportunity would candidates who are currently at Senior HR Manager, Business Partner or Associate Director level. • Candidates should possess skills in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures. • Candidates should possess a broad HR background, compensation and benefits (Total Rewards). • Knowledge of HRIS systems, data management, reporting and development. • Candidates should possess skills in Performance Management, including goal-setting frameworks, appraisals, and feedback processes. • Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification; experience leading HR projects; strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with HRIS and MS Office; and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative leaders.
