As a Consultant in our Technology & Transformation team in The Bahamas, you will support the day-to-day delivery of consulting engagements. You are motivated, eager to learn and collaborative, with good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, attention to detail and a client-service mindset. You will learn and apply relevant methodologies and tools, collaborate across teams, and build your expertise while pursuing a relevant professional designation. You Are Someone With • A bachelor’s degree; preferably in a related field, or equivalent qualification (i.e., ACCA). • Progress towards an internationally recognized professional designation relevant to your consulting focus area, with completion or near-completion preferred; examples include PMP, CAPM, SHRM-CP, ACCA or another related designation. • A minimum of one year of relevant work experience, including co-op or internship experience. • Competence in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and consulting tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
