Jr. Integrated Facilities Manager

Source: LinkedIn On behalf of Huawei, we are looking for a Jr. Integrated Facilities Manager for the Trinidad and Tobago Office. Main Responsibilities include ① Manage the office space business in the T&T Office. Be responsible for the overall operation of office spaces, ensuring the effective implementation and enforcement of office space service processes and rules. ② Be responsible for developing service standards for office spaces in the T&T Office. These standards include front desk services, restaurants, cleaning, express delivery, security services, and contract management SLAs and service specifications. Deliver according to these standards to effectively ensure business continuity. ③ Be responsible for building the service capacity of office spaces in in the T&T office. Organize ④ Regularly organize property manager meetings and release monthly reports on the operation of employee service businesses. These reports should promptly identify issues and track improvements. ⑤Through methods such as publicity, manage employee expectations and design employee service experiences. This aims to enhance satisfaction with office spaces and take responsibility for the satisfaction of office spaces. Requirements: ① Familiarity with the operational principles of office facilities and equipment, supplier management, drawing review, etc. ② bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field ③ Availability to work on site on work schedule from 9am to 5:30pm.
