Hiring company: Confidential Employer Source: Estate Jobs Job Description: An UHNW Family is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and highly adaptable Travelling Nanny to provide dedicated care for their 7-month-old baby girl. The family travels extensively throughout Central and South America, with destinations including the Bahamas (6 months ), Uruguay, and El Salvador, as well as spending several months in Europe (3 month). They live in a fully staffed, secure household and require a professional Nanny who can provide consistent, high-quality infant care while adapting seamlessly to an international lifestyle. The ideal candidate will have extensive infant-care experience, a flexible approach, and valid travel documentation allowing them to accompany the family to their regular destinations. Key Responsibilities: Providing attentive, sole-charge care for the baby, ensuring her safety, comfort, and well-being Managing daily routines, including feeding, bathing, dressing, naps, and age-appropriate play Preparing age-appropriate meals and supporting the introduction of solid foods as required Encouraging developmental milestones through engaging activities, sensory play, and interaction Managing the baby's laundry, clothing, nursery items, and personal belongings Maintaining consistent feeding, sleep, and daily routines while travelling Sharing a bedroom with the baby initially, as she currently sleeps through the night Supporting a gradual transition to independent sleeping as the baby grows, in accordance with the family's preferences Accompanying the family on domestic and international travel and maintaining continuity of care across destinations Coordinating with household staff as necessary to ensure the baby's needs are consistently met Schedule : 6 days on, 1 day off Requirements: Extensive professional experience caring for infants, ideally from newborn or early infancy Strong knowledge of infant development, feeding, sleep routines, and age-appropriate activities Previous experience in private households, preferably with HNW or UHNW families Experience in travelling or live-in nanny positions is highly desirable EU passport Flexible and comfortable with frequent international travel and extended periods away from a permanent base Discreet, organised, proactive, and able to work independently Comfortable with the initial room-sharing arrangement Able to collaborate professionally with other household staff Working Hours: 40 hours + Salary Offered: £125,000 per year ( £400 per day ) Accommodation: Private bedroom with bathroom Start Date: ASAP
