Hiring company: ARD2K Furniture Gallary Source: LinkedIn Jamaica Sales Executive ARD2K Furniture Gallery, a leading furniture retailer in Kingston, Jamaica, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: • Greet customers and assist them in selecting furniture and home decor items. • Provide product knowledge and information to customers. • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. • Meet and exceed sales targets. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints. • Assist with merchandising and product displays. • Ensure pricing is accurate and up-to-date on the showroom floor. • Perform other tasks as assigned related to the showroom floor. • Answer inbound inquiries via phone, social media, and WhatsApp. • Keep the customer database updated. • Respond to inquiries from the website. • Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 CXC subjects or an Associate's Degree. • Proven experience in sales and customer service. • At least two years of experience in a similar capacity or industry is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong product knowledge in furniture and home decor. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems. • Experience using CRM software is a plus.
