Main responsibilities include: • responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the customer’s wireless network, sometimes requiring night shifts. This role focuses on maintaining network quality by analyzing performance trends, identifying issues and risks that impact the user experience, and implementing effective optimization measures to enhance network reliability and achieve leadership across key quality metrics. • The RF Engineer also contributes to customer satisfaction by managing expectations, reporting network performance insights to the customer’s technical leadership, and formulating targeted improvement strategies in alignment with customer needs. Additionally, the role supports value delivery through the efficient execution of network performance and user experience projects— analyzing requirements, interpreting contract deliverables, developing action plans, and ensuring measurable results that demonstrate the value and excellence of Huawei’s network optimization services. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree: Electronic Engineering, System Engineering or Telematic Engineering. • Available to work 100% on site.
