Thorburn McAlister is seeking an accomplished commercial leader to join JN Bank, part of JN Group, as Chief Revenue Officer. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the Bank’s commercial strategy across sales, business development, marketing, partnerships and customer growth. Working closely with the executive team and Product Officers, you will turn market insight into profitable growth, strengthen competitive positioning and deliver lasting customer value. Your impact will include: • Driving revenue, profitability and market share through a clear, executable commercial strategy. • Identifying new opportunities across markets, products and customer segments. • Building strategic partnerships within JN Group and beyond. • Aligning sales, marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition, retention and experience. • Developing high-performing teams with a strong culture of accountability and customer service. • Using data and analytics to sharpen commercial decisions and improve performance. We are looking for a leader who combines strategic vision with the ability to deliver. You will bring at least ten years’ experience in senior commercial leadership, with a demonstrable record of growing revenue and improving business performance. Strong sales, marketing, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities are essential, alongside an entrepreneurial approach and sound judgement about risk and reward. You will understand market dynamics, customer behaviour and regulatory expectations, and know how to translate that understanding into effective commercial action. An MBA in Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related discipline is required.
