The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining exceptional food standards, and ensuring efficient daily kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present authentic Chinese and Thai dishes to a high standard. Develop and execute menus featuring traditional Asian flavors and cooking techniques. Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control. Oversee daily food preparation and kitchen operations. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Monitor inventory, food costs, and ingredient usage. Train and guide kitchen staff in Asian cooking techniques. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 8 years of professional culinary experience. Extensive hands-on experience preparing authentic Chinese and Thai cuisine. Strong knowledge of Asian ingredients, sauces, seasonings, and traditional cooking techniques. Experience with wok cooking, stir-frying, steaming, and other Asian cooking methods. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong organizational, time-management, and teamwork skills. Ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation. Culinary certification or formal culinary training would be an asset.
