Analyst Compliance and Ethics - LEAR

Hiring company: Liberty Latin America Source: LinkedIn Jamaica WHAT'S THE ROLE This person will be responsible for the for the accurate, timely, professional and confidential data requests received by Liberty Caribbean. Working within the Legal & Compliance function, the Analyst reviews incoming requests, retrieves and validates the required records, and prepares responses in strict accordance with Company policies, applicable laws, and data-policy obligations. The role demands a high degree of discretion, attention to detail, and integrity, as it involves regular access to sensitive customer and company information. THIS A TEMPORARY ROLE FOR A CONTRACT PERIOD OF THREE MONTHS WHAT YOU'LL DO • Receive, log, and triage incoming data Requests, ensuring each is complete, valid, and properly authorized. • Retrieve, review, and validate customer and network records required to fulfill each request accurately. • Prepare and quality-check response packages within established service-level timeframes. • Maintain meticulous records and audit trails for every request handled. • Apply Company confidentiality, data-privacy, and compliance policies to all activities without exception. • Escalate complex, ambiguous, or high-risk requests to the Fraud Manager or Compliance Department as appropriate. • Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat to compile, format, and deliver documentation. • Complete all required Company training and stay current on relevant procedures and legal requirements. WHAT YOU'LL NEED • Minimum of an Associate Degree or equivalent training/ experience • Training/ experience in compliance/ data processing is highly preferred • Must possess a valid Police Record Certificate with no disqualifying convictions • Willingness to agree to and pass a background check. • Be willing to sign and adhere to the Company’s confidentiality expectations.
