Inventory Manager – High Luxury Fashion Retail

Hiring company: Hillside Bahamas Source: LinkedIn Bahamas Hillside Bahamas is hiring an Inventory Manager to take ownership of stock across our retail floor, stockrooms, and warehouse. This is a control role. Every piece of merchandise that moves through our stores should be counted, coded, and accounted for ; and you'll be the person who makes that true. What you'll own : • Accurate inventory records across receiving, transfers, sales, returns, and damages • Cycle counts and full physical counts, plus the reconciliation and variance reporting that follows • Receiving: verifying shipments against POs, packing lists, and invoices before anything hits the system • Replenishment signals — flagging fast movers, slow movers, and reorder points before they become a problem • Warehouse and stockroom organization, including securing high-value merchandise • Supervising and training inventory, stockroom, and warehouse staff What you bring : • 3–5 years in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations — retail preferred • Hands-on experience with inventory or POS systems • Strong Excel and a genuine comfort with numbers and variance analysis • Supervisory experience • The discipline to chase down a discrepancy instead of writing it off The reality of the role: high-volume, seasonal, tourist-driven. Weekends, holidays, peak periods, and big delivery days are part of the job. Reports to the General Manager.
