Hiring company: CENTURY 21 Heave Ho Properties Source: LinkedIn Finance and Operations Officer Company: Century 21 Heave-Ho Properties Limited Location: Office-Based Employment Type: One-Year Contract Application Deadline: October 16, 2026 About the Role Century 21 Heave-Ho Properties Limited is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Operations Officer to support the financial administration, day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance of our real estate business. This is a hands-on role working closely with senior leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient operational processes, timely transaction management and effective business support. Key Responsibilities Operations & Revenue Management • Coordinate daily operational activities, workflows and vendor relationships. • Provide administrative and operational support for real estate transactions, sales, HR and compliance matters. • Process and track invoices, collections, commissions, co-broke payments, landlord disbursements and administrative expenses. • Prepare weekly reconciliations, transaction updates and outstanding payment reports. • Maintain accurate records of property-related income, expenses and operational transactions. • Liaise with agents, clients, landlords, vendors and other stakeholders to resolve operational and payment-related matters. Finance, Reporting & Audit • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements and management reports. • Maintain accurate journals, ledgers, bank reconciliations and supporting financial records. • Track agent earnings, GCC obligations and commission payments. • Prepare and submit required franchise sales and financial reports. • Compile financial information and reports for Management and Board review. • Coordinate audit schedules, supporting documentation and requests from external auditors. Budgeting & Compliance • Assist with annual budget preparation, expense monitoring and financial analysis. • Support the preparation and timely submission of GCT, Withholding Tax and Income Tax returns. • Maintain compliance records and monitor statutory, regulatory and franchise reporting deadlines. • Support the implementation and monitoring of internal financial and operational controls. • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. • 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, administration or business operations. • ACCA or CPA qualification, or progress towards certification, would be an asset. • Strong understanding of accounting procedures, reconciliations and financial reporting. • Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work independently. • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality. • Previous experience in real estate or professional services would be an advantage.
