Project Delivery and Change Management Consultant
(1 Year Contract)
General Accountability
The Project Delivery & Change Management Consultant supports the successful implementation of strategic initiatives by coordinating project activities, managing stakeholder relationships, facilitating change management activities and supporting business readiness efforts. The role is responsible for monitoring progress, escalating risks and issues, coordinating vendors and stakeholders and ensuring the organization is prepared to adopt and sustain changes arising from project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Implementation
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation through implementation.
Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, and delays as required.
Support implementation planning, testing, cutover, and transition to operations activities.
Change Management & Business Readiness
Support the development and execution of change management and communication plans.
Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments.
Coordinate user engagement, training, and awareness activities.
Monitor change adoption and assist in addressing resistance or implementation challenges.
Ensure business units are prepared for operational and process changes associated with project delivery.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
Assist in managing stakeholder expectations and project communications.
The selected candidate must possess the following combination of qualifications, skills, training, and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Finance, Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years’ experience supporting project delivery, business transformation, technology implementation or related initiatives.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
Proven experience implementing IT systems, preferably including financial/accounting, investment, ERP or other enterprise business systems, with an understanding of system configuration, data migration, testing, integration, implementation readiness and post-implementation stabilization.
Demonstrated experience in managing and ensuring accuracy, integrity, completeness and quality of data migration, with accountability for data readiness as a critical measure of implementation success.
PMP®, CAPM®, PRINCE2®, Agile, or Change Management certification.
Experience supporting enterprise-wide implementation and organizational change initiatives.
