Hiring company: Radley James Source: LinkedIn Bahamas We’re partnering with a leading proprietary digital-asset trading firm to recruit a Software Developer for its trading desk in the Bahamas. You’ll work directly with traders and quantitative specialists to build scalable, reliable and performance-focused systems supporting cryptocurrency trading. The role offers ownership of specific trading strategies, exchange integrations and internal trading tools. What you’ll be doing • Developing systems and tools for cryptocurrency trading. • Building and improving digital-asset exchange integrations. • Creating backend services and trading interfaces. • Optimising application performance, reliability and latency. • Managing solutions throughout the full development lifecycle. • Collaborating with traders, quants and infrastructure engineers. What you’ll bring • At least three years of software development experience. • Strong Python skills and experience with JavaScript or React. • Knowledge of scalable, production-grade application development. • Familiarity with Web3, DeFi, EVM or cryptocurrency markets. • Understanding of performance optimisation and latency reduction. • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics.
