Skin Magician Assistant

When they have to clean, prep, treat, check out and sell all on their own, something gets rushed. This role makes sure nothing does. Perfec-Tone has been doing the work for 46 years. We are hiring a Skin Magician Assistant to support every Skin Magician on shift. What you will do Prep every client. Room turned and sanitized, kit ready, intake and consent forms complete, before photos taken, client settled before the Skin Magician walks in. Keep clients informed. Check them in, tell them what happens next, explain aftercare in plain words, book their next visit, and make follow-up calls. Sell the plan. Walk clients through the products their Skin Magician recommended and handle checkout, so no one leaves without a home routine. Create content. Film behind-the-scenes moments, treatment clips and product demos, and take before-and-after photos with client consent. Keep the rooms running. Stock to par, flag low supplies early, keep client files accurate. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed Thursday and Sunday. You work when the Skin Magicians are booked, so hours can change week to week. Some travel for events and off-site services. You will do well here if You have 1+ year in customer-facing work: retail, spa, salon, hospitality or similar You are comfortable on camera and can film good short-form content on your phone You like recommending products and you are good at it You stay clean, organized and calm when the day gets busy Skincare, spa or esthetics experience (a strong plus, not required) No esthetics licence is required. Licensed applicants who want to grow into a Skin Magician role are welcome.
