The role • Lead the business’s commercial and operational performance. • Own the P&L and deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth. • Strengthen customer relationships and service standards. • Develop the leadership team and build accountability across the organisation. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and expand the business. Your background You will have held a senior leadership role with significant P&L and people responsibility. Experience in retail, commercial services, distribution or another customer focused business would be relevant. We are particularly interested in leaders who combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivery.
