Dockhand

Hiring company: Bayshore Marina Source: CazVid Responsibilities: • Assist with haul-outs and launches • Operate boat yard equipment such as travel lift, forklift, trailers (training will be provided) • Perform routine dock and facility maintenance (power washing, minor repairs, trash removal, debris cleanup) • Monitor and report any safety hazards, storm damage, or equipment issues • Maintain cleanliness of docks, restrooms, and common areas • Other duties as assigned by the Dockmaster Requirements: • Ability to swim (required) • Comfortable working on and around water, docks, and boats • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in all weather conditions • Strong customer service and communication skills • Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays • Prior marina, boating, or maritime experience a plus but not required • Valid driver’s license • Forklift experience preferred and will provide training for hoist operations. • Able to drive manual transmission preferred 5TH, 2026 Apply directly on CazVid.
