Main Responsibilities:
· Overall management and supervision of restaurant operations including team members.
· Rostering of staff; cash management and control and stock/inventory management.
· Ensures a high standard of Customer service delivery and complaint resolution.
· Ensures the delivery of high-quality food to all customers.
· Development and motivation of team members.
· Ensures the Maintenance of an impeccably clean environment.
Required Competencies and Skills:
· At least (2) years management experience or relevant educational qualifications.
· Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Willing to work within a shift system.
· Computer Literate
· Access to reliable transportation.
