Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Support clients throughout onboarding and ongoing engagement. • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Respond to client questions, requests, and concerns. • Monitor client satisfaction and engagement. • Follow up on open requests and ensure timely resolution. • Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs. • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. Requirements • Previous experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a similar role. • Experience working directly with clients or customers. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle multiple requests and meet deadlines. • Ability to build positive and professional client relationships. • Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work. • English proficiency is required if working with English-speaking clients or teams.
