The role involves managing construction activities, contractors, consultants, project controls, HSE compliance, and stakeholder coordination from project initiation through handover. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all phases of the hotel construction project. • Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery. • Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, and risk management. • Ensure compliance with HSE, contractual, and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. • Review project progress and prepare management reports. • Lead site teams and resolve technical and commercial issues. • Ensure successful project commissioning and handover. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • 15+ years of construction experience, including hotel or hospitality projects. • Proven experience managing large-scale projects from inception to completion. • Strong leadership, contract administration, and stakeholder management skills. • GCC or international project experience is preferred.
