The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. Responsibilities • Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation through completion. • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and task trackers. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure responsibilities and deadlines are clearly defined. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary. • Track project budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables. • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications. • Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, reports, and records. • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership. • Identify and resolve project challenges, blockers, and operational issues. • Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements. • Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders as required. • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. • Track key project performance indicators and provide regular progress reports. • Support process improvements and identify opportunities to increase project efficiency. • Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines, scope, and budget. • Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned to improve future initiatives. Required Skills • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms. • Strong planning, scheduling, and resource-management skills. • Ability to identify and manage project risks and dependencies. • Strong stakeholder and team-management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation. • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. • Adaptability and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong negotiation, prioritization, and conflict-resolution skills. • Professional, proactive, accountable, and results-oriented attitude. Requirements • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Program Manager, or similar role. • Proven experience managing projects from planning through completion. • Experience developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports. • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes. • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies. • Experience using project management and collaboration tools. • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently while leading and collaborating with diverse teams. • Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work. • Professional, organized, proactive, and results-driven approach. • English proficiency is required if the position involves working with English-speaking teams, clients, or stakeholders.
