Source: LinkedIn Jamaica GENERAL ROLE PURPOSE/SUMMARY To ensure that all hygienic and practical processes are applied to attain and maintain maximum customer satisfaction and the ‘CUSTOMER IS KING AND QUEEN’ theme. ROLE SPECIFICATIONS • Wash and vacuum vehicles • Pick up parts requested from the stores • Return parts to the stores, as necessary. • Assist with clean and sanitization of work areas. • Provide Mechanical support to the mechanics as needed • Install promotional items such as license plate holders, next service stickers, air fresheners and floor certified clean disposable floor mats, etc. • Install accessories such as bulbs, batteries, hub caps floors mats, etc. Perform any other related duties required to ensure the effective flow of operations. PERFORMANCE CRITERIA The Role is satisfactorily performed when: • All promotional items issued to the customer are installed before the customer leaves • Accessories are being installed in a timely manner. • All workstations are clean and ready for the next day's operations Hours of work and other expectations • Required working on Saturdays. • Hot, dusty, and greasy environment. • Extended hours at short notice
