General Purpose
Ensure the quality and standardization of clinical processes across optical stores in accordance with the strategy, policies, and guidelines established by the Group, in order to ensure consistency in optometric services, compliance with corporate standards, and the optimization of the business's operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate the clinical processes of optical stores to ensure that eye examinations, diagnoses, and services provided comply with the quality standards and guidelines established by the Group.
• Develop and update clinical policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent optometric practice, operational efficiency, and compliance with corporate regulations and guidelines.
• Implement and standardize clinical care protocols and procedures to ensure efficient practices aligned with the strategy defined by the Group.
• Analyze clinical and operational performance indicators across branches to identify improvement opportunities and trends that optimize operational efficiency and the quality of optical services.
• Prepare technical reports on the quality and performance of optical stores to provide valuable information for strategic decision-making and to strengthen service quality across all locations.
Job Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Optometry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Strong knowledge of: Contact Lens Practice (Contactology), Ocular Pharmacology, Refractive Clinical Care, Experience operating optometric and ophthalmic diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of ophthalmic lenses, lens filters, and ophthalmic lens treatments.
• Experience providing eye care for pediatric patients.
• Knowledge of clinical protocols and best practices in optometric care.
