Role Description This is a full-time, role for a Sales Representative position. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, understanding their insurance and financial needs, and proposing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting product presentations, and meeting sales targets. Additional tasks include keeping updated on industry trends, preparing regular sales reports, and collaborating with others to enhance client experiences, contributing to the team’s goals. Qualifications • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Sales expertise, client management, and a desire to achieve individual and team targets • Team collaboration and a customer-focused mindset • Proficiency in time management, organizational skills, and adaptability • Knowledge of insurance products, financial planning, and industry trends is valued • Proven skills and experience in Insurance Sales and Sales roles is a plus • Entrepreneurial mindset • Finance, business and/or a management background is an asset Requirements • Must have a vehicle • Must have at least 5 CSEC/GCE O-Levels (Including Math and English) • Must be 25 years or older
