Manufacturing Production Supervisor

Hiring company: Mindelo Solutions Source: LinkedIn We are Looking for a MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Location: El Socorro Our Client is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead production operations, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining all other normal targets. Responsibilities • Monitor and improve productivity, scrap, quality and downtime • Supervise and coach production staff and manage shift resources • Ensure production schedules are achieved on time and in full • Work closely with Maintenance to troubleshoot and minimize downtime • Partner with Quality Control to investigate non-conformances and support root-cause and preventive actions • Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping and overtime • Promote HSE, Food Safety and company policies Qualifications & Experience • Degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Food Science, Chemistry, Management, Engineering or related field is an asset • Diploma in Management, Engineering or a related discipline • Minimum 5 years' manufacturing experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role • Experience in manufacturing, construction or another production/operational environment; FMCG/food production experience is an asset. • Strong leadership, coaching and conflict-management skills • Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills • Experience with production/inventory systems or ERP; Microsoft AX is an asset Salary Range: $9,000 - $13,000 If you’d like to submit your resume and you don’t meet the requirements for this position, please send your resume to admin@adamsrecruitment.net
