What You'll Do - Turn in-store traffic into sales using our proven consultative sales process - Follow up daily with customers via phone and WhatsApp to build repeat business - Build genuine product knowledge across supplements and fitness offerings so you can recommend with confidence - Process transactions accurately through Shopify POS and keep clean customer/sales records - Show up on time, take feedback well, and bring a team-first attitude to the floor What We're Looking For - A sales-driven mindset — you're comfortable with performance-based pay and motivated by targets - Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence and close - Discipline with follow-up and daily execution — the little things add up - Comfort with basic POS/CRM tools - Ability to stand/move throughout the store for a shift and lift up to ~40 lbs - High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience preferred (fitness/wellness/supplement experience is a big plus, but not required) Equal Opportunity The Fitness Connection is committed to equal employment opportunity.
