This is a contract position. What you will do • Provide health education tailored to the patient in front of you. • Monitor vital signs and escalate deterioration according to local protocol. • Support colleagues in training through supervised practice and feedback. • Assess patients on admission and set out a care plan with measurable goals. • Respond to emergencies calmly and lead resuscitation when required. • Work with pharmacy to reconcile medication on admission and discharge. • Manage medicines safely, including controlled drug procedures.
