Join a team that's shaping the future of energy in the Caribbean. About the Role We're looking for a driven, personable Customer Service Sales Representative to be the face and voice of our company. You'll guide potential clients through our solar and construction offerings, turn inquiries into sales, and ensure every customer feels supported from first contact through after-sales service. What You'll Do • Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate product and service information • Guide prospective clients through solar and construction solutions • Conduct follow-up calls and prepare basic quotations • Support sales presentations and identify new sales opportunities • Process orders and provide after-sales support • Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with technical and installation teams • Meet and exceed sales targets • Represent the company professionally in person, by phone, and across digital channels What You'll Need • 2–5 years of sales experience (field sales experience an asset) • Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving • Proven sales and negotiation ability, with experience in lead generation and closing deals • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional phone etiquette • Basic knowledge of renewable energy, or a strong willingness to learn solar concepts and solutions • Proficiency with standard office software (email, word processing, spreadsheets) and CRM tools • A valid driver's license and own reliable motor vehicle • Flexibility with working hours and openness to relocation • Minimum high school diploma; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus • Previous experience in energy, construction, or a related sector preferred
