It is the purview of the HR Learning and Development unit to bolster the learning, development, and continued education of our professionals, ensuring that there is ease of use of platforms for learners, and that they have access to accurate, timely and high-quality content. JOB SUMMARY: In the Audit Learning and Development (L&D) Deployment team, you lead the strategic planning and execution of facilitator management for the audit practice. This role requires a high degree of ownership and project management expertise to ensure a seamless and high-quality learner and facilitator experience. This role will manage complex operational tasks, drive project timelines, and oversee end-to-end processes for managing facilitators, deploying learning, ensuring all deliverables meet established standards. As a key liaison, this individual will collaborate with stakeholders across various teams and play a role in guiding and delegating tasks to other team members. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitator Management • Oversee the execution of facilitator management, from strategic planning through logistical execution, ensuring a seamless learner experience. • Manage complex operational tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure successful program delivery • Serve as a key liaison between internal team members and stakeholders (e.g., Content Leads, Learning Operations, Events & Meetings, Lakehouse teams) to deliver Train the Facilitator programs • Manage and resolve learner and facilitator inquiries, providing timely and accurate information • Own the resolution of facilitator-related issues by investigating root causes, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and the overall facilitator experience • Develop and maintain intermediate knowledge of facilitator management processes, tools, and systems serving as a subject matter expert for other team members • Monitor compliance with facilitator requirements (i.e. Train-the-Facilitator) and proactively identify and resolve compliance gaps • Perform quality assurance reviews and maintain data accuracy across systems • Maintain facilitator governance, control documentation, and audit-ready records in accordance with established processes and standards • Drive project timeline, ensuring all operational deliverables align with established schedules and milestones • Maintain and review documentation to support SOQC testing and compliance reviews Learning Deployment • Manage the end-to-end process for Continuing Professional Education (CPE), including executing processes to award CPE, monitoring compliance and reviewing for accuracy • Oversee the execution of virtual and live learning programs, from strategic planning through logistical execution, ensuring a seamless learner experience. • Coordinate the review, printing, electronic posting, ordering and distribution of physical materials, ensuring quality and accuracy. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 3 years work experience in Learning & Development, Operations, Events & Meetings or a related field • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow established processes • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word SPECIAL CONDITIONS: • JESS uses a hybrid work model, allowing staff to work from home in Jamaica or in the office. • Employees must be in the office at least five days per month, with more days possible if required by business needs. • You are expected to use KPMG-approved Generative AI tools to support your daily work tasks. • Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment. • Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities. • May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
