Job Overview• Manage HR operations by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, and performance management to support workforce development and engagement.
• Ensure IMS compliance by maintaining documentation, coordinating audits, monitoring corrective actions, and supporting continual improvement in line with ISO standards.
• Partner with leadership to align HR and IMS practices with organizational goals, legal requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
• Strategic recruitment & onboarding: Lead the full employee lifecycle — from hiring to probation and offboarding — ensuring processes align with workforce planning and company growth.
• HR administration oversight: Supervise accurate maintenance of employee records, benefits, leave, and payroll inputs, ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
• Employee relations leadership: Advise managers on disciplinary and grievance matters, balancing fairness with compliance to labour laws.
• Performance & development: Drive performance management cycles, identify training needs, and coordinate employee development initiatives.
• Policy & compliance management: Develop, implement, and periodically review HR policies to ensure alignment with legislation and evolving business needs.
• HR metrics & reporting: Prepare reports and dashboards to track turnover, absenteeism, and training completion, providing insights to management.
• Culture & engagement: Champion initiatives that strengthen workplace culture, employee engagement, and retention.
IMS Compliance
• System governance: Maintain and update IMS documentation, procedures, and change management records to ensure system integrity.
• Audit coordination: Plan and oversee internal audits, track corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of nonconformities.
• Risk & stakeholder monitoring: Identify risks, opportunities, and stakeholder expectations, integrating them into compliance strategies.
• Performance reporting: Present IMS performance data to top management, highlighting trends and improvement areas.
• Training & awareness: Source training providers, coordinate toolbox talks, and ensure employees understand compliance responsibilities.
• Management review facilitation: Schedule and prepare management review meetings, ensuring decisions are documented and followed through.
• Continual improvement: Promote a culture of compliance and improvement, embedding ISO standards into daily operations.
Office Administration
• Office equipment oversight: Ensure general functions of the office are in working condition (photocopier, printer, computers, etc.).
• Vendor liaison: Liaise with external providers such as security, maintenance, cleaning, and air‑conditioning services when needed.
• Supplies management: Order and distribute office stationery and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Certificate compliance: Ensure all equipment and building certificates are valid and up to date.
