You will apply process improvement and optimization disciplines to deliver real change and help us achieve our goals around client satisfaction, cost, and productivity. You'll be accountable to senior leaders and will have the chance to shape how we work. ### What You'll Do - Lead projects that drive organizational efficiencies and productivity gains while simplifying our operations, employee, and client experience. - Enhance banking operations by addressing business issues, reducing errors, and closing gaps. - Identify continuous improvement opportunities, engaging senior leaders and others to evaluate and prioritize them. - Support transformational change and mobilize commitment when facing obstacles. - Lead successful business partner presentations, coordinate and facilitate workshops, conduct root cause analyses, and identify and implement solutions. - Support Single Service Centres by integrating, coordinating, and managing the prioritization of initiatives. - Track and monitor the effectiveness of initiatives through integrated routines across multiple stakeholder groups. - Take responsibility for delivering transformational change plans that support productivity and quality improvements aligned with RBC’s strategy. - Break down barriers to project progress and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, communicating support needs and engaging them in project execution. ### What You Need to Succeed • *Must-have** - A University degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent education and training). - The ability to work independently and manage numerous priorities simultaneously. - Excellent analytical and conceptual skills. - Strong communication and decision-making abilities. - A broad, conceptual understanding of banking and the interdependencies of sales and service. - Strategic influencing skills. • *Nice-to-have** - An MBA. - Project Management and Change Management certifications. ### What's in It for You We thrive on being challenged to be our best, thinking progressively to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice.
