Hiring company: Rocketship Courier Services Source: Fiwibusiness WE’RE HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Positions available in:KINGSTON & OLD HARBOUR JOB SUMMARY The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. DUTIES Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues in a friendly and professional manner. Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods. Ensure accuracy in cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation. Issue receipts, start the refund process, credits, and changes to customers accurately. Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to assist customers efficiently. Other duties assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Minimum four (4) CSEC/CXC subjects, including English, Mathematics, and/or Accounts. Prior knowledge and experience in Customer Service and Cashiering. Excellent communication skills.
