About the Role Seal Group is looking for an IT & Security Project Manager to own projects end to end, from kickoff through to client handover. This is not a desk-only role. You will be the face of the project to our clients: running the meetings, setting expectations, managing scope conversations, and making sure the client feels informed and in control from day one to sign-off. Alongside that, you will drive delivery: subcontractors, vendors, timelines, budgets and risk. If you are strong technically but avoid the client, this role is not for you. If you can do both, we want to talk. Key Responsibilities Client & Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle • Run kickoff meetings, progress reviews and handover walkthroughs • Set and actively manage client expectations on scope, timeline and cost, flagging changes early rather than late • Translate technical detail into plain language for non-technical stakeholders • Handle change requests and scope creep professionally, and protect project margin • Own client escalations through to resolution • Build relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals Project Delivery • Plan, execute and oversee IT and security projects from initiation to closeout • Manage timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables • Coordinate, schedule and track subcontractors and vendors, and hold them to agreed standards • Identify risks early and resolve issues proactively rather than reactively • Prepare clear progress reports for both management and clients • Ensure documentation, as-builts and handover packs are complete and accurate • Deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget Required Qualifications & Experience • Minimum 3+ years' project management experience • Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects (must) • Proven client-facing experience. You have personally owned the client relationship, not only reported internally (must) • Strong written and verbal communication; confident presenting to senior client stakeholders • Experience managing subcontractors and cross-functional teams • Strong organizational and leadership skills; able to hold people accountable and drive accountability without direct authority • Proficiency in project tracking and reporting (MS Project, Excel or similar) • Working understanding of IT infrastructure and/or electronic security systems (networks, structured cabling, CCTV, access control). You do not need to be an engineer, but you must be able to hold a technical conversation and challenge what you are told • Willingness to travel to project sites across Guyana; valid driver's licence Advantageous • PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM or equivalent certification • Experience delivering to oil & gas, mining, banking, telecoms or government clients • Familiarity with HSE requirements and site inductions on client premises • Experience with contract, SLA or warranty administration What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience • Exposure to some of the most significant IT and security projects in Guyana • Direct ownership of your projects and clients, with room to grow into a senior delivery role
