DevOps Engineer

Managing infrastructure that handles millions of requests is a role of high trust. That's why we're looking for someone with a strong moral backbone. Your Tech Stack We work with a solid, efficient stack. You need to know it inside and out. • Core: Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), Nginx (deep tuning and optimization), PHP-FPM • Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, IAM) • Data: MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ • Observability: Datadog, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana) • IaC: Terraform / Ansible Your Tasks • You'll manage infrastructure permissions. We expect meticulous care about who has access to servers and why • Implementing stable service operation practices in AWS cloud that will withstand our dynamic growth • Maintaining Unix/Linux servers – configuration, updates, and automation, with a complete understanding of what's happening in the operating system • Responding to incidents based on deep log analysis (DD, Elastic). Finding root causes, not just restarting services • Supporting developer teams to ensure continuous and smooth system operation What We Expect • Minimum 4 years of experience: In a DevOps/SysAdmin role, including hands-on AWS experience • Strong cloud knowledge, backed by experience in traditional system administration (prior experience maintaining physical servers/Data Centers is a plus) • Comfort with Linux: The terminal is your natural work environment • Integrity and Responsibility: You combine a "Can Do" mindset with responsibility for the "keys to the kingdom" entrusted to you • Humility toward technology: You know everyone makes mistakes, but you know how to fix them • Analyzes problems "360 degrees": You look at issues from every angle – security, performance, and long-term impact • Bridges cloud and "metal": We work on AWS, but we're looking for someone who understands the physical nature of servers • Language: English minimum B2 (we work globally) Nice to Have • AWS certifications (demonstrating your knowledge) • Practical Terraform experience • Knowledge of Apache Kafka or Cloudflare • Interest in developing toward agent-based DevOps (process automation) What We Offer • An environment where we treat mistakes as lessons.
