In this role you will have responsibility for the management, security and integrity of all collateral files and you will provide support for routine non-complex data entry and on-line input transactions using basic understanding of products and processes. Activities include filling and retrieving of files, pulling files for re-registration of MBS, file re-registered MBS, prepare files for new collateral, boxing new loans for archival, filing insurances, mortgages, CMAR queries and ensuring fulfillment of request in a timely manner with an emphasis on throughput/accuracy and repetition. What will you do? • Provide consistent service within established benchmarks contributing to achievement of business Client Service Commitments and Service Level Agreements • Ensure all documents/data are examined for completeness and accuracy, and takes appropriate steps to correct for client with focus on timeliness • Identify and recommend solutions to recurring errors and servicing gaps to Reporting Officer • Take ownership of client concerns, building ownership and accountability at first point of contact and referring to manager where required • Identify and recommend service improvements/enhancements to Reporting Officer • Support revenue growth by reducing revenue leakage and focusing on other opportunity spotting initiatives • Ensure adherence to Global Information Risk Management framework and Global Compliance mandated policies and procedures • Exercise due diligence in following operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines • Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Must-have • Bank’s minimum entry requirements, 5 Ordinary Level subjects including English and Mathematics • Ability to multi-task and adjust to the demand/needs of our clients and service partners • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Attention to details with strong organizational skills • Solid understanding and able to navigate through a variety of bank applications to complete incoming work • Excellent team work mindset What’s in it for you?
