Cloud Engineer (REMOTE)

Hiring company: Talent Job Seeker Source: SEO For Jobs Job Title : Cloud Engineer Role Purpose Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure aligned with enterprise banking standards, security requirements, and governance frameworks. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure environments across public and hybrid cloud platforms Implement and enforce cloud security, governance, and compliance controls in line with enterprise and regulatory standards Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve cloud performance, availability, and cost efficiency Collaborate with application, security, and DevOps teams to support cloud-based solutions and migrations Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure system stability Maintain documentation for cloud architectures, configurations, and operational procedures Required Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, or platform engineering roles Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Strong understanding of cloud networking, compute, storage, and identity management concepts Experience implementing security controls within cloud environments, preferably in financial services Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in enterprise, regulated environments Experience supporting high-availability and mission-critical systems Nice to Have Experience within banking or financial services environments Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates Familiarity with cost management, monitoring, and optimization tools Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications)
