The Role You will deliver advanced laser treatments and customized facial services to a discerning clientele — professional women, discreet male clients seeking no-downtime options, and patients who care deeply about safety and results. You will educate and guide clients through their skincare and treatment plans, and uphold the highest standards of safety, hygiene and client care in every session. This is hands-on aesthetic work in a medically supervised setting, with room to grow as our device and treatment offering expands. What You'll Do • Perform laser hair removal and laser-based skin treatments safely and effectively, following clinic protocols and device manufacturer guidelines • Deliver customized facial services, including cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks and rejuvenation treatments • Complete thorough client consultations, skin assessments and patch testing; identify contraindications and escalate to the doctor when appropriate • Design and explain personalized treatment plans, homecare routines and aftercare instructions in plain, easy-to-follow language • Maintain accurate treatment records, consent forms and before-and-after documentation • Keep treatment rooms, equipment and devices clean, sanitized, calibrated and in good working order • Recommend clinic-approved skincare products honestly, based on the client's skin needs — never pressure • Protect client privacy and discretion at all times • Contribute to a positive, supportive and growth-focused team culture Who We're Looking For You are: • Passionate about aesthetics and committed to continued growth in your craft • Detail-oriented, thorough and highly professional • Cheerful, loving and excellent with people — clients relax the moment you walk in • Skilled in lasers and facials, with real hands-on treatment experience • Dedicated to delivering safe, effective and personalized care You also bring reliability, discretion, sound judgment about when to proceed and when to ask, and the humility to keep learning as techniques and technology evolve.
