Role Description The Operations Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Georgetown, supporting daily operational and administrative activities for the facility. This position coordinates work orders, schedules, and documentation to ensure smooth repair, rental, and manufacturing workflows. The role includes maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and supporting operations management with data tracking and process improvements. The Operations Administrator communicates with internal teams and customers to handle inquiries, provide updates, and help resolve operational issues. The role also involves general administrative assistance, such as organizing files, managing correspondence, and supporting compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily operational activities, including job scheduling, work orders, and task tracking
• Prepare, update, and maintain operational documents such as job packets, delivery note, and invoices
• Communicate with technicians, supervisors, and management to ensure job progress and deadlines are met
• Coordinate logistics for tools, equipment, and materials moving in and out of the facility
• Provide general administrative support such as data entry, scheduling, and customer communication
• Support the estimation and quotation process, with input from technical experts within the team
• Ensure timely and accurate submittal of delivery notes and invoices
• Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for documentation
Experience & Qualifications
• 4 years operations, logistics, or administrative support within manufacturing, energy, or oil and gas related sectors preferred
• Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with internal teams and clients in a professional, clear, and responsive manner
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data‑entry systems
• Experience with inventory systems or ERP software is an advantage
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in business administration, operations, or a related field is preferred
