We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Bank Supervision Department as a Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and maintenance of ongoing data analytics and prudential cyclical supervisory review frameworks—including financial analysis, stress testing, and risk assessment—to monitor and assess the financial soundness and compliance of both domestic and international supervised financial institutions (SFIs) with laws, regulations, guidelines, and international best practices. You will manage the collection and analysis of financial data to identify emerging risk trends and assess their impact on the financial services industry at a macro level. Additionally, you will lead coordination and cooperation efforts between the Central Bank’s Bank Supervision Department, the Policy Unit, and the Central Bank Legal Unit with domestic and international counterparts, ensuring consistent, effective, and efficient implementation of prudential requirements within the jurisdiction.
## Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you must hold a Master’s degree in business, banking and finance, statistics, or economics from a recognized tertiary institution, or an equivalent professional qualification or certification, combined with a minimum of five (5) years of managerial experience. You will need a sound knowledge of management principles, as well as the ability to prepare clear, accurate, and informative statistical, financial, and other reports covering findings, conclusions, and recommendations. A strong understanding of the organization and operations of various financial institutions is essential, along with awareness of general economic conditions and emerging trends in the financial services industry. Experience using data mining or analytical tools is considered an asset. You should also possess the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems, and to evaluate and recommend changes to applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Strong oral communication, evaluation, critical thinking, reporting, writing, investigation, and human relations skills are required.
