We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience. Key Duties & Responsibilities include: • Lead HR operations and people strategies across the businesses, ensuring staffing, compliance, performance, and employee relations are managed effectively. • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, employee engagement, and people-related decision-making. • Support grievance, disciplinary, and union-related matters with strong documentation, fairness, legal compliance, and proactive engagement. • Promote the culture, engagement, and communication strategy of the business by generating initiatives that improve commitment and continuous two-way feedback. We look forward to hearing from you if you have: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field is required. Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations and/or professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are strongly preferred. • At least 5 years of successful experience as an HR leader in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or HR Manager. • Knowledge of People processes: performance, talent attraction, compensation, training, communications, and change management. • Demonstrated expertise in labour legislation, union engagement, employee and industrial relations, discipline and grievance resolution, and ensuring HR compliance while fostering positive labour-management partnerships.
