Sales & Business Development Executive

Hiring company: Phase 3 Productions Source: Built In Phase 3 Productions is Jamaica's leading media and event production company, delivering live streaming, broadcast production, LED screens, staging, lighting, and AV solutions for over 40 years to corporate, government, and international clients. We're hiring our first dedicated Sales & Business Development Executive — a newly created, standalone role with high commission potential. You'll build our sales pipeline and processes from the ground up while growing our client base across corporate, government, hospitality, and regional markets. Key Responsibilities • Build sales systems and processes (pipeline tracking, CRM, reporting) from scratch • Identify and pursue new business in events, broadcast, rentals, and AV installations • Manage a client pipeline, from lead generation to close • Grow existing accounts and drive repeat business • Represent Phase 3 at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions • Partner with the production team on proposals and presentations Ideal Candidate • Proven B2B sales or business development experience • Strong network in corporate, government, or event industries • Comfortable building processes independently, without an existing playbook • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • AV, media, or events knowledge a plus Why Phase 3? • Shape and own the sales function • High earning potential based on performance • Work on some of the region's biggest events
