Learn more about IOM’s workplace culture at IOM workplace culture | International Organization for Migration Under the overall supervision of the Programme Coordinator and the direct supervision of the National Project Officer (Regular Pathways & Socioeconomic Integration), this position is responsible for supporting the implementation and oversight of activities that facilitate migrants’ access to legal identity and civil documentation, which are essential for protection, regularization and access to rights and services. The role involves coordinating with civil registry offices, immigration authorities, consular services and other stakeholders to address documentation barriers, monitor case progress, and strengthen identity management processes. The position promotes effective coordination to ensure that migrants receive timely, accessible and rights-based legal identity support.
