About the Role
Step into a leadership role where luxury is art, service is storytelling, and every guest interaction is an opportunity to create magic. The Director of Butlers & Guest Experience is the visionary behind The Cove’s all‑suite luxury enclave—setting the tone for an elevated service culture inspired by Forbes Five‑Star standards. In this prestigious position, you will curate extraordinary, highly personalized guest journeys that transform each stay into something memorable, meaningful, and truly unforgettable. We are seeking a strategic thinker and dynamic service ambassador—someone with deep expertise in luxury hospitality who can design impactful guest experiences, champion continuous improvement, and ensure flawless execution across all VIP operations. Through mentorship and empowerment, you will nurture a team environment where talent thrives, brand values shine, and every guest feels uniquely understood, celebrated, and cared for. If you are passionate about luxury service, driven by excellence, and inspired to create unforgettable experiences, this is your opportunity to lead at the highest level.
