Retail Merchandiser and sales associate

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Merchandiser & Sales Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our products are well-presented in retail locations while also driving sales growth through strong customer relationships and in-store support. Key Responsibilities: previous merchandising experiences Visit assigned retail stores to merchandise and maintain product displays. Ensure products are properly stocked, organized, and visible to customers. Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs. Build strong relationships with store managers and retail staff. Promote products and increase sales within assigned locations. Identify sales opportunities and provide feedback on customer trends. Execute promotional activities and ensure displays meet company standards. Collect market information on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences. Prepare basic sales and merchandising reports. Requirements: Previous experience in retail merchandising, sales, FMCG, or a similar role. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation would be an asset. Experience in grocery, consumer goods, or distribution sales is preferred.
