HSE Officer

Hiring company: UCC Holding Source: LinkedIn Guyana We are looking for a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, and promoting a strong safety culture across project sites. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulations. • Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments. • Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions. • Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports. • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company HSE standards. • Support emergency response planning and implementation. • Maintain HSE records and documentation. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field. • NEBOSH IGC certification (preferred). • Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects. • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices. • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
