This is an outstanding long-term opportunity for a polished hospitality professional who enjoys working independently and takes genuine pride in maintaining a luxury residence to impeccable standards. The principal resides at the estate approximately 50% of the year, allowing ample opportunity to proactively organize, maintain, and prepare the residence while ensuring it remains guest-ready at all times. Position Responsibilities • Maintain the residence to exceptional five-star standards. • Complete daily housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care. • Organize closets, storage areas, pantries, and household inventories. • Prepare guest suites and ensure the residence is always immaculate. • Coordinate household supplies and purchasing. • Oversee vendors and service providers, scheduling maintenance and ensuring work is completed to a high standard. • Conduct regular property walkthroughs and proactively identify maintenance needs. • Coordinate occasional entertaining and assist with light meal preparation when requested. • Maintain household records, inventories, and operating procedures. • Work closely with the principal to anticipate needs while maintaining complete discretion and confidentiality. Ideal Qualifications • Previous experience as a Housekeeper, House Manager, or Executive Housekeeper in a private residence, luxury estate, yacht, boutique hotel, or luxury resort. • Outstanding attention to detail and pride in maintaining beautiful surroundings. • Professional, discreet, trustworthy, and highly organized. • Self-directed with excellent judgment and minimal supervision required. • Strong English communication skills. • Hospitality mindset with a positive, service-oriented attitude. • Valid driver's license. • Eligible to work in The Bahamas, or willing to obtain employer-sponsored work authorization where applicable.
