Role Description This is a full-time or part-time role for a Real Estate Agent at Chancellors KW Bahamas in Nassau, Grand Bahama, Eleuthera, Abaco or Exuma with some flexibility for hybrid work. The Real Estate Agent will be engaged as an independent contractor and will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Bahamas • Real Estate License and Real Estate knowledge • Customer Service and Sales skills • Strong communication and negotiation abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
