# **About PropertyPilot** PropertyPilot is the central digital platform for property owners in Germany, connecting all relevant services across the lifecycle of real estate in one intelligent ecosystem. To support our company's continued growth, we are seeking an experienced professional in AI Operations on a **part-time basis**, starting as soon as possible. # **Your Mission** You will build PropertyPilot's AI-driven Operations and Process Design function, establishing the foundation for efficient, scalable, and clearly structured business operations. You combine structured operations experience, entrepreneurial thinking, project management expertise, and a clear understanding of how artificial intelligence can be meaningfully integrated into operational processes. You ensure that we set up internal workflows, interfaces, responsibilities, and processes from the start in a professional manner—pragmatically, effectively, and with a growth mindset. # **Your Responsibilities** - You build scalable operations structures, processes, and accountability frameworks in collaboration with business units, and continuously develop them—from "doing it yourself" in the early phase to gradually establishing dedicated teams. - Particularly in the build-up phase, you work operationally—from setting up administrative workflows and introducing software tools to taking on direct functional responsibility areas. - You identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and digitalization and independently implement them in coordination with our business units. - You develop and implement AI-powered workflows and custom AI bots that simplify day-to-day work and enable scalability. - You are responsible for configuring and automating our central CRM system HubSpot (workflows, pipelines, properties, and integrations with existing tools) and integrate it with our operational processes. # **Your Profile** - Several years of experience in operations, process management, or organizational development - Experience building organizational structures, preferably in a startup environment - Solid, hands-on AI experience—you have demonstrably conceived and implemented AI-driven solutions (e.g., automations, workflows, custom bots/agents, prompt engineering) - Confident use of common AI tools and platforms with a clear understanding of when and how AI can be meaningfully integrated into processes - Proficient in HubSpot CRM with relevant experience integrating it with other systems - Strong in organization, execution, and cross-functional collaboration - Project management experience, independent working style, and high personal accountability - Fluent English, both written and spoken # **What We Offer** - A key role at the center of our team with significant room for shaping direction - Participation in an ambitious startup with an experienced founding team - An AI-first environment with high relevance for growth and scaling - Modern office in Hamburg city center - Germany Pass (D-Ticket) - Subsidy toward occupational pension provision - Hybrid working model with start date as soon as possible # **Application** Interested?
