We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and technically minded Business Development & Technology Associate to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Founder across a diverse portfolio of businesses and projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping to develop digital solutions, strengthen our online presence and support the growth of both digital and brick-and-mortar business ventures. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, embraces new challenges and wants to grow professionally while making a meaningful contribution. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Your responsibilities will include assisting with: Technology & Digital Solution • Developing, maintaining and improving websites. • Using coding and other digital tools to create practical business solutions. • Researching, testing and implementing new technologies, AI tools and software platforms. • Supporting the implementation of digital systems and business automation. • Assisting with technology-enabled business initiatives and special projects. Digital Marketing & Content • Planning and managing social media content across multiple platforms. • Creating engaging graphics, photos and short-form videos. • Supporting digital marketing campaigns. • Assisting with search engine optimization (SEO) and website content updates. • Monitoring digital performance and recommending improvements. Business Development Support • Assisting with the development and launch of new business initiatives. • Conducting research to support business planning and innovation. • Supporting projects that strengthen both our digital and physical business operations. • Performing other related duties that contribute to business growth and operational excellence. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Applicants should possess a degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Digital Media, Marketing or a related discipline. Relevant experience and a strong portfolio of work will also be considered. Experience with some of the following will be an asset: • Website development (WordPress or similar platforms). • HTML and CSS. • Basic JavaScript or another programming language. • Social media management. • Video editing and content creation. • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). • AI tools and platforms. • Microsoft 365. We value curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn just as highly as technical knowledge.
