The Cleaning Supervisor will lead the daily cleaning and laundry operation at our Nassau base, overseeing both the cleaning team and Laundry Attendants to ensure yachts are prepared, presented, stocked, and quality checked to the highest company standards ahead of guest arrivals. This hands-on role requires strong organisation, leadership, and attention to detail in a fast-paced charter environment.

• Supervising the cleaning team and Laundry Attendants to ensure all yachts are cleaned, stocked, and presented to the required company standards before customer arrival.
• Completing quality checks before yacht departures and addressing any presentation, cleanliness, or inventory concerns promptly.
• Providing hands-on cleaning support during busy turnaround periods, including interiors, exteriors, linen, guest care items, and related onboard supplies.
• Scheduling and assigning daily duties to the cleaning team and Laundry Attendants, ensuring work is completed efficiently and in line with operational priorities.
• Maintaining consistent cleaning standards, procedures, hygiene practices, and safe use of approved cleaning products and equipment.
• Monitoring stock levels of cleaning materials, linen, laundry supplies, and domestic inventory, escalating replenishment needs where required.
• Reporting defects, safety hazards, equipment issues, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate manager in a timely manner.
• Supporting and coaching team members, encouraging accountability, teamwork, and pride in delivering an excellent guest experience.
• Responding professionally to cleaning-related customer queries or concerns and taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
• Keeping work areas, docks, cleaning equipment, and waste areas tidy, safe, and organised at all times.
• Supporting wider base operations and carrying out any other reasonable duties requested by management.

• Previous experience supervising a cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, hospitality, or yacht cleaning team.
• Strong experience in yacht cleaning, housekeeping, or a similar operational cleaning environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high presentation standards.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and manage changing operational demands.
• The ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• A practical understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and safe chemical handling within a cleaning environment.
• Confidence using basic computer systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• The flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, public holidays, early mornings, or evenings in line with operational needs.
• A positive, reliable, and hands-on approach, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
